Hello
My name is Alice, and I believe that creativity is a language beyond words that allows us to explore who we are and who we might become. Through art, I approach every idea with curiosity, allowing wonder to guide me through the uncharted spaces of imagination. Art, to me, is both a journey and a mirror—raw, imperfect, and endlessly transformative—leading me to places where authenticity and discovery intertwine.
My Story
I have always been a creative person. As a child, I loved to draw and spend hours making things out of craft supplies and recycled materials. Through my own lived experiences, I discovered the incredible power of art as a form of self-expression. Creating allowed me to explore my emotions, communicate without words, and find joy in the process of making something meaningful. Over time, this understanding deepened my appreciation for the healing potential of creativity. It inspired my passion for helping others use art as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and emotional expression.
My practice is trauma-informed and client-centered, grounded in the belief that healing happens in spaces where individuals feel safe, seen, and respected. I have facilitated both art therapy groups and individual sessions, supporting clients in exploring their experiences through creative expression as well as traditional therapeutic dialogue.
I have worked alongside individuals living with a wide range of diagnoses, as well as those navigating crisis situations such as homelessness and domestic violence. My experience spans across all age groups, from children to adults, allowing me to thoughtfully adapt my approach to meet each person’s developmental stage, strengths, and unique needs.
Together, we will identify your goals and create a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to working alongside you to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change
